for our customers. Typically, we commence an engagement with an intensive 2-3
week workshop-based mobilization project, designed to get the business and the
project team aligned and moving forward rapidly together.

approach to systems design is centered on people and the roles that they play
in business processes. We see information technology as a set of tools for enhancing
co-ordination between people in business processes. Better co-ordination within
the organization, with customers and suppliers, will lead to more satisfied customers,
